When purchasing a COMPLETE BIKE (Or any order over 800 CAD) to be shipped across the Canadian border to the USA, expect to pay duty on the shipment. We can not make an estimate on the cost of duty and it is not an additional charge from us. The shipping company will require it to be paid prior to delivery. THIS IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.
SHIPPING POLICY: Order Damaged During Shipping
If your product was damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and keep all of the packaging. We partially insure our shipments for the 100, but most couriers will want evidence of the packaging, damage, etc. We will get you that standard amount if possible.
Nothing lasts forever, especially bike parts. Unfortunately, things break. If you think your broken part is the result of a defect (as opposed to abuse, negligence, crash, etc.) please contact us as soon as possible with photos, a brief description and a receipt. Warranty policies vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but we will do our best to get you a favourable outcome. If your break is the result of a crash or abuse, let us know up front and we will probably be able to help you out.
