Refund Policy: Online Orders  

All sales are final, No Refunds Under Any Circumstances  

 

Alternatives: Exchange & In-store Credit

Exchange Or In-Store Credit, Is The Only Alternative For Refunds Available At The Buyers Request. 

Exchange Of Equal Or Lesser Value Only, Or In-Store Credit For Full Value Of The Order. 

 

Conditions Of Use: Exchange & In-Store Credit 

  • For Any Current Order to Apply for the use of Exchange or In-Store Credit. The Buyer must submit a request to do so Only within a 48 hour window after the payment for the Order has been successfully processed. 
  • To Submit a request for the use of Exchange or In-store Credit in regards to any Current Online order that has been paid for.
  • The Buyer Must Submit Their Request through One of the following options with in the 48 hour window. 

1. Creating a Ticket Via our Online Store. 

2. Through Email:  [email protected]

3. By Phone:  1-416-652-0080  ext 0  when prompted 

  • Issuing An Exchange Or In Store Credit Request Will Only Remain Valid So Long As No Shipping Has Been Arranged / Processed
  • Once the 48 Hour Window for submitting a request has expired, No Exceptions shall be made Under Any Circumstance.

 

Shipping Policy: For Incorrect Items Shipped  

  • If we send the buyer the incorrect product, we will ensure to cover the cost of the return shipping for the incorrect product back, By sending you a Return Shipping Label.
  • The Buyer must be Re-package incorrect product in order for it to survive its shipment back. The Return Shipping Label must also be clearly visible and secured to the package. 
  • The pick up window will be Scheduled between the workweek of Monday through Friday, Pending the Buyers Schedule. 
  • We will always contact the buyer notifying them of when the Pick up Date & Time has been arranged. 
  • No Pick Ups Will Be Arranged For Saturday's & Sunday's
  • In order for us to Re-Ship the buyer's Correct Product, we must first receive the incorrect product back. Once we have received the incorrect product back, We will also cover the cost of Re-shipping the correct product to the buyer.

 

Shipping Policy: For Returned Items 

  • Any Returned Items Not Accepted By The Purchaser Sent Back To Us With The Intention Of It Only Being Returned Not Exchanged For the Correct Item. Will Not Be Eligible For the Full Value of an In-Store Credit 
  • All Items Returned Will Have A Restocking Fee Along With The Shipping Fee Deducted From The In-Store Credit
